What does the FULLFORM Process look like?
Firstly, we conduct a movement analysis to assess your bio-mechanics, movement patterns and to find any areas that aren’t moving correctly. We also do a caliper analysis to take a measurement of your lean muscle and body fat percentage. Once we’ve gathered this information, we begin to design a weight training program specifically for you and your fitness journey goals.
Our initial emphasis is on posture and proper technique to ensure you get the full benefit of each exercise without risking injury. We continue to add more complex exercises to the program throughout your journey so that your body becomes stronger, fitter and healthier.
The FULLFORM Process helps to increase strength, mobility, add lean muscle mass, increase your metabolism and boost your immune system which helps to combat diseases and viruses. We change your program as you progress and, like any process, the more work you put in, the more results you will see.
